The Models of Inclusive Excellence Supervisory Recognition program was developed based on recommendations from the Chancellor’s Advisory Committee on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion. The purpose of the program is to align supervisory actions, accomplishments, and behaviors with UNCG’s values of inclusiveness, collaboration, sustainability, responsibility, and transparency.
